Through the booking form we collect full name, phone, email and optional notes. We do not store data on our server — it is sent directly to the Web3Forms processor which forwards it to our email.
Purpose
The data is used solely for communication regarding your appointment.

Messages are retained as long as needed to serve you. You may request deletion at any time.
